We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

3 min. walk from main bus station. Best possible staff - found to be very proffesional, useful and halping. Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). -
Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

The hotel is well located on a small island off Phuket main. The staff is very friendly and helpful (special thank to Joy who helped us for a special request). It is a good place, to be in Phuket for a short time. Hotel good, clean big room, breakfest appropriate. I not recommend to these whose can spend the time at the beach because it is far away.

Great value, very central, nice rooms -
The suff at the reception desk was really helpfull, perfect english speaking. The location is not bad, almost near the main streat of Phuket town.
