The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful – they are willing to answer any questions you may have and will help you with travel arrangements if required (good prices too!). Their English is also very good and they are very patient if there are any misunderstandings.

the owner picked us up from the busstation.he is very patient and friendly and doesnt overflood the weary travellers with all sorts of offers. baifern offers very spacious clean rooms in sky blue with tv.possibility of leaving food and beverages in the fridge in the kitchen.there's also free wifi and lots of offers for trips.we could also book our tkts to koh lanta from him:) definately recommend the hostel anytime!!!

The room was large and clean with comfortable beds, it said queen size, but it was king size...BONUS! Also, the room had a safe, a fridge and complimentary water. The AC worked very well. If it wasn't raining we would have used the pool, it was a good size and clean. The desk staff were super friendly. It was a 5 min walk to the night market and 15 min drive to the bus station and 20 min drive to the airport.

This is an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again. We stayed for a single night on our way to Koh Lanta and would've happy stayed for longer. Large rooms with excellent facilities. Baan Andaman is a bit out of town - so perfect for someone looking for a little peace and quiet. The staff are polite and friendly, and always available to assist as needed. Breakfast is complimentary and you can use the swimming pool at their sister hotel.
The park and water are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Beautiful views and extraordinary sunsets.

I was joining my friends at Koh Tao island taking a boat from Krabi, and was supposed to stay in Dee Andaman just an overnight. But I had such a lovely stay that I decided to make it one night longer. :) They got super fluent English-speaking staff, delicious and various [continental plus an Asian menu] breakfast, beautiful rooms, good restaurant

I like the hotel and atmosphere. I was very well attended to particularly when I had asked to stay extra nights and was given a discounted rate at the the deluxe room. The rooms and the cleanliness maintained of the rooms and general thoroughfare was excellent. I would recommend the accomodation to friends. Please see my comments regarding the food. Have the owners considered having a foot massage/reflexology facility to attend to guests on site?

Lovely and clean, great sized television but not enough english speaking channels. So very clean and bed comfortable. Fantastic for the price....except - read whay I didn't like! -
