  the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. the location is pretty central to everything as well.. short walk to either the beach or the shops/restaurants on walking street - Central to everything, walking distance to both sides of the island with ease, nice staff very helpful, very clean.. All round cheapest on koh lipe suited us fine
