Mom Tri is a beautiful tropical retreat set amongst gorgeous gardens. The room was large & impecably decorated with a deck over looking the beach. It felt so private, yet close to all amenities. We loved the sea pool! The dining & staff were both superb. It was a short walk to Kata Noi & Kata. Kata Noi was our pick of all the beaches down the coast.

We stayed in a Junior suite in the Thani wing (on beach) Bhuri wing is across the road and not as nice. We also had a family package which included a fantastic huge buffet breakfast and 10% of all other F & B in the resort. Great Happy Hour in beach bar. Really nice hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kata. The first night we had a lot of noise around our room in a ground floor Bhuri wing room (near to the breakfast restaurant), so the next morning I spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to a top floor room elsewhere in the Bhuri wing and after that we slept very well. Worth getting down to the little cafes on the beach and grab yourself a cheap coco

My husband and I celebrated my birthday in Phuket, and the hotel staffs came up with a surprise cake on my birthday. It was the most unforgettable and sweetest memory that we've ever had in the hotel! - Everything! The breakfast was lovely, close to the beach, excellent staff, who even put flowers on our bed and gave us free fruit when we arrived.

It was the best hotel we stayed in Thailand. Really nice and clean room with nice european style bathroom (which I really appreciate) with balcony and TV with English programms. The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . This is my second stay with Avista Kata Beach. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai

The hotel was very much to our liking. The staff was wonderfull andfriendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and at ease.We even went back at the end of our vacation to stay for another 3 days.So in all we stayed and aprreciated their hospitallity for 5 days. Thankyou and if we ever go to Kata Beach again we'll be back at the Beach

This is a great hotel in a great location. Located in Kata Beach with great staff, a good swimming pool and a good restaurant. I would definitely go back. -
