The annex rooms are brand new and spotless though a little spartan. The balcony provides a view over the rooftops to the distant hills (4th floor). The manager was excellent at this hotel. He was friendly and helpful. He couldn't do enough for us.
Our room was spacious. The bed was very wide and comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Great view from our balcony on the seventh floor. Large TV with lots of channels to choose from. We didn't book breakfast so can't comment on food.

This was a surprise! Wow what a beautiful little hotel... Zen comes to mind. Beautiful large rooms everything well thought through in every detail.. decor absolute first class. The pool was massive!! I loves the pool only downside was the trees planted around it, a lot of flowers and leaves floating about. Staff really helpful, cleaners lovely!
Shuttle service handy, didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that but the food is limited choice.

Loved the open-plan design of the public rooms. Watching the geckos took me back to my childhood in Vietnam. Loved the staff, especially the lady who taught me a new Thai phrase every day. Food was good. Room was large, comfortable, with good air-con. Swimming pool was much better than I had expected from a small hotel. And the garden is great - my wife loves plants, and was in heaven.

I like its location the most. it's located in the middle of the town and on the main road. The hotel is connected to the beach. It's opposite to Villa market and near to Hua Hin night market. The car park is available and the staffs are good. The room is big, clean and keep noise. Covenient store (7-eleven) is next to the hotel. -

Lived up to its stars. Friendly staff, fast check in and check out. Good price. Clean big room, fridge, wifi, tv and dvd. Nice pool that get shadowed at around 1pm. Walking to everything in town; beach, nightmarket, shops and restaurants. -

I tried Thai massage in my room. The master was great and the price is just reasonable.
There are only 20 bungalows sharing the trees, the pavilion, and 2 swimming pools. The facilities are never crowded and it seems like you own the whole small village!
