Please be informed that this villa has 3 main bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests (included in the room rates). There is one spare guest room that can accommodate a maximum of 2 extra guests. Extra persons fee apply. Please note that construction works are taking place around the area of the villa until further notice. Please inform The Ridge Villa 7 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 20000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
