The staff and manager were all very friendly and helpful. The manager always took time to stop and chat to us and all of the staff always had smiles when you were around. Excellent hotel for beach lovers, lovely direct beach, cheap bar on the
beach, free of charge sunbeds, flexible, helpful staff both at reception
and in the restaurant. Quiet area with 20 minutes walk to Chaweng
center. Atm, travel agencies, supermarket, internet, restaurants are
nearby. Fully recommended!

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpfull!
We got a very nice surprise when we arrived!(roses and flowers in the room and on the bed for our honeymoon)

On arriving the 'Superior Bungalow' was not superior as in the pics on letsbookhotel.com website, we had particularly wanted a bathtub for the last week of our holiday and there was no tub in the bungalow we were given. Went to reception and they explained we had booked 'Standard' although pics and our booking said 'Superior'. 20.12.13 номер нам достался за 931 бат/ночь (горячее предложение). Взял на 2 суток.

We first booked the regular rooms but when we saw the rooms we upgraded
to the bungalows right away, though they are smaller than the rooms in
the building but the quality is much higher. We liked it so muchthat we

Staff were excellent, we were two injured travellers and the staff were excellent in giving us a room near to the restaurant and swimming pool with as few movements as possible!
Bed was comfy, bathroom clean, air on worked well, balcony was nice.
Massage was very good, restaurant wasn't overpriced, nice swimming pool.
Good shuttle into and out of town.
Enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property. Right on the beach and the decor of all the rooms really make you feel like you are on an island. There isnt anything hotel-ly about it. It feels like home and very personalized. Chaweng strip but not too far that you can't walk to things.
Recommend if you're not a fan of all the touristy restaurants you walk about 500m south to the night market for cheaper food, also in this area are cheaper Thai restaurants once you get off the main strip. -

Whispering Palms was rightly priced, in a quiet part of town and with a variety of stay-length options.
The booking and arrival went very smoothly.
Being an apartment complex it was nice to have a lounge with TV, a good sized bed and bedroom with very good storage and a TV, a full kitchenette with large fridge/freezer, and an adequate bathroom.
