Hotel also provided us daily free mineral water, fruit juice, singha beer, coke and milk. Remember to consume it everyday. There is a DVD player in our room, we can rent the DVD from the downstair library. It is amazing.

Hotel is in general looks nice and clean at all. Staffs are friendly a specially at reception. Location of the hotel very close to biggest shopping mall in Pattaya (Central Mall) and 15-20 minutes to Walking Street. -

it was so convenient and within 5mins to the Beach and shopping mall. outside the hotel have night market and bar which good for tourist and group of friends to hang out. -

The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. This hotel is brillant. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr.

The hotel is new, modern and very clean, and the staff is polite and quite helpful. Location was good for us, on a quiet road, away from all the noise and hectic life of the city. Very nice and quiet hotel with a very good localisation. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
All the staff is very very helpful, the hotel is very clean. there are a shop, an hair cut and massage inside the hotel : very useful. the thai restaurant in the hotel is great. we spent relax time near the swimming pool very clean. i would come back definitly @

I have stayed here before, so I thought I would do it again. The location and the price is good. Far enough away so you get some peace and quiet, but only 5 mins walk to the beach through "ladyboy street". This place is in good condition and offers great value for money.

I like that LK Royal Wing is down a lane away from busy street ! The Rainshower is awesome ! It's a good size room and bathroom with a good size fridge and excellent kitchenette !
