The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent

The Apartment was very nicely maintained, very comfortable 03 Tram station (Tram 11 & 14) from the Main Zurich station. Very Nice connectivity and Good Homely environment. -
The roo was spotless, check-in and chec-out fast. The frondesk staff kindly arranged a early check in for us. Everything was just perfect

Everything! It is a fab little hotel, I would highly reccommend it. Especially the junior suite. It is perfect for romantic breaks! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Situated perfectly (7 mins on tram to the Hauptbahnhof (sp?) main station) and within 200 metres of a supermarket. Kitchenette was perfect for cooking breakfast/lunch so as to avoid very expensive meals out too often. Bathroom spotless with very good shower and fantastic, new whirlpool bath which fit two people no problem.

Perfect location if you do business in Oerlikon.
A small kitchen had everything needed for cooking a meal in the evening.
Price per night is very budget friendly -
Close to Swissotel where I had an event to attend. Reasonable price, room with furnished kitchen and fridge - very helpful. 15 minutes drive from airport.

Great design hotel with such friendly and helpful staff (especially the bar that share shots with you when you arrive at closing time!). A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.

The apartment was very clean and it has clothes washer and dryer. It has very nice and fully furnished kitchen. The internet was fast. The area is very quiet although a bit distant from the city center but there as tramway station 20 meters from the gate. It was excellent choice.

The staff very kindly ungraded us to a unit at EMA House, Nordstrasse 1 (hence the ratings do not apply to that at Unterstrass though it is next door). Besides, they were always most helpful and attentive to any queries and requests.
Both hotels are 2 tram stops away from the main train station.

I got an upgrade to larger apartment for free. The rooms were very well furnished, equipped with modern technique WiFi is everywhere, kitchen has lots of plates, jars, microwave and dishwasher. Keep it up!
