The onwer are very kind, they gave me the support to know the region (which kind of activity we can do, where,...). The hotel is placed in a high mountain and the view of my room as beautiful. - The hotel staff was very nice and child friendly, and price of the roomwas relatively reasonable compared to other hotels in Switzerland.

Hotel with lots of character. Super clean rooms, spotless in fact! Large spacious rooms with sitting area, small bathroom but ok for our needs. Fab view of the fairytale castle. Liked the free bottled water and chocolates. Super yummy breakfast in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again! Oh, also loved the downstairs

I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her... The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

The hotel has its own car park (included in price). The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet at night, so we slept well. Our room had a balcony so we enjoyed a lovely view of the mountains in the morning. Breakfast is fine with good service. -

The breakfast buffet was excellent! Hotel staff was very very friendly from the second we got there (very rare in Europe). I've lived in Europe a long time and have been to a million hotels and this has been one of the best stays I've had during a ski season. - the family room was of a good size, beds were comfortable, view was great, morning break

Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good.
Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast.

the view from our balcony was stunning. the room though small was really neat and kept well for the guests.
there is a restaurant in the hotel, and served good food too. outside hotels there are lots of shops and restaurants, if u just want to explore grindelwald this is a perfect place, and its a value for money too.

We loved the location, just across from the station and central to everything.
As 2 couples, we had the adjoining rooms with shared bathroom between rooms. This worked very well as each bed room had its own hand basin.
Included buffet b/fast was excellent offering a good variety including scrabbled eggs, bacon and lovely fresh bread. We also enjoyed the meals in the downstairs restaurant, where the staff were very friendly.
Big bonus, it has an elevator.
