  The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. Moreover, we were given the rooms much earlier than the check in time. It was very helpful as we had travelled overnight by train and needed to refresh ours... что говорят » elves before stepping out. The hotel is very conveniently located in Central Zurich surrounded by the old charm of the city. We wouldn't have asked - - The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also. - The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around. - The room was clean. - There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs. - The staff were professional.

  This is a family hotel and they do their utmost to make you comfortable. It was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and quiet and central. I arrived at 9:30 AM from overseas and they allowed me to check into my room right away, which was a big help after a long trip. - Great location. Easy walking distance to the central train station and tour... что говорят » bus location. Staff was very friendly and continental breakfast very tasty. Loved the elevator! The room, while not large or plush, was very comfortable. - The staff was very nice and helpful. The room definitely costs the money I paid, the bath is useful, nothing superfluous, but everything is useful. It's good that they serve breakfast for this price and again all staff is very nice.

Антураж! это был самый дешёвый отель из всех предложений и он мне понравился, несмотря на то что, душ и туалеты в корридоре, зато в комнатах есть раковина. - Excellent rooms, comfortable and big and even I would say luxarious.
