Location of the hotel was good, near the station, though about a ten minute walk uphill to the town centre of Pontrsina. The young girl behind the bar was so friendly and helpful and made our stay even nicer.

  I have stayed in this hotel on a few occasions and every time it impresses me more! The Manager and staff are very professional and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant food is to a high standard along with the wine list. Breakfast is very adequate with a variety of healthy options.
