  The staff was very friendly and nice, even though there was a small mix up regarding whether we were staying in Lucerne or Zurich. When we arrived, they came quickly to meet us at the apartment. The apartment was very clean (I would expect nothing less in Switzerland!) and the staff was on time in meeting us to give us the key.   The location of the hotel is excellent! The rooms may be small, but they have everything you need. Even though you share a bathroom, everything is kept very clean. The fresh bread at breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the very good cup of coffee each morning. The staff were excellent and also very professional.   Everything! I travel quite often and this is a gem! Room was small, but very clean, well organized, super comfy bed/pillows, nice bathroom with shower - and sparkling clean, and small balcony (would be nice in the summer). Staff were also very friendly & helpful! Is right near the 8/3 trams, the 3 takes you straight to the main train station -... что говорят » and in the city center with the 8 in about 10 mins. Well known bakery right next door & another restaurant down the street. Kitchens on every flo - Very clean and comfortable, close to the town centre and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was bigger than expected and I was the only person using the shared bathroom on my floor. I liked that a generous breakfast was included in the (already very reasonable) price and that there was a computer with internet access on the ground floor for guest use. There was even a printer with it, making me think the hotel has really thought about what travellers might need. The art gallery

You can also come right to the hotel form airp - Cozy and clean apartments. Very simple check-in procedure. Apartments are equipped with everythig you need. Exellent location. Only two tram stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof, stop for tram #10 which goes to airport is in ten meters from building, supermarket coop is opposite building, a lot of cafes and restaurants around, only 10 minutes walking to the old city and Zurich lake.
