Very comfortable beds, clean room, ample sized bathroom. We had a smaller room near the stairs which was convenient but I heard everything. Staff was kind and spoke English and we were treated with respect. Free parking right next to the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we
arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip
through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely
picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss"
experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony.

The view from the room was sensational. The hotel upgraded us from a north facing (no view) to south facing which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good with the access to the shuttlebus and bus service. - conveniently located ,reception staff are good and helpfull.Clean rooms.

Hotel du Lac is a charming place in the perfect location with the alps on one side and lake on the other. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with various breads cheeses yogurts cereals and more. It us peaceful and a minutes walk from markets cafes shops and activities. I will stay here again and tell my friends. Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Crans Montana.

Staff were friendly and offered us a lift to and from the mountain each day even though it was only as five minute walk. They also gave us a lift to the train at the end of the trip for free.
