The breakfast is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is very small.

Loved the island of Djurgarden as you feel like you are in the country rather than a large city.   Stockholm is expensive, this hotel is relatively affordable. Don't expect a very fancy hotel. It is situated in an appartment block and you need a key code to enter the hotel. Once inside, there is no staff to be found but an enveloppe with your name on it with the key. The room I had was for a single person and was ok. Our room was behind the reception and next to the breakfast room, but no noise whatsoever was heard. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Next time in Stockholm we'll choose Pärlan again.
