Airport shuttle driver was very kind in helping me carry my luggage to the room.   Very good. The only problem was when we checked out you guys did not ask for the keys back andwe forgot to give them back. Is that a problem? Let me know what we should do with the plastic card key. - Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
