It has lovely large rooms, beautiful design, great beach location, and not very big -- nice boutique hotel. It's proximity to Galle made it easy to travel there and back as with young kids we didn't want to do Galle all in one day.

  The location was excellent. Calmer part of the beach. We stayed in a Deluxe ocean front room and had a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 minute walk from the train station or a 150 lkr tuk- tuk ride. The buffet breakfasts were very impressive, western options as well as some Sri Lankan options. We had our first snorkeling experience and it was truly amazing what we saw, including sea turtles and hundreds of different fish species. Do not miss that! The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked - beds and chairs were comfortable and the view from the balcony was great
