  We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact our favourite colours.   Very comfortable with friendly staff. The rooms had excellent double glazing and effective air conditioning, it would have been noisy if we had had to sleep with the windows open.   Modern hotel within walking distance of the metro station Ayora and the Turia Gardens. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. We would definitely revisit this hotel. - I am in a wheelchair and at no time did I have a problem with access to any facilities + the staff treated me like a human being not an inconvenience.

They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do.
