Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly
at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel
secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely
internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. Fanastically helpful, welcoming staff. Lovely tiled entrance / reception. Very comfy, spacious beds and a sitting room - more than we needed for such a short stay. Outstanding value for money. Disagree with someone's comment about the breakfast - there was ample choice and lots of it. We had a fabulous weekend and look forward to returning. -

The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. Actually after the first night, I wanted to leave but my wife convinced me to use ear plugs. And we stayed 4 nights even though the room was small. But the hotel is a typical charming little cozy building, at the entrance of the great Santa Cruz sector, a walking distance to the Cathedral and just above a lively resto, pub and street. So expect noise at night.

The apartment was absolutely great! It was spotless! The room is comfortable with fully fitted kitchen and utensils. It is so close to the central bus station and hence so convenient to travel to and from the airport or another city. It is close to the center and shops nearby. The guy at the reception spoke English and was very helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
