Just 50 metres from Sant Elm Beach, Aquavilla offers functional, air-conditioned studios with furnished balconies. Guests have access to facilities at Hotel Aquamarin, including a buffet restaurant and 24-hour reception. Each simply decorated Aquavilla studio has a sleeping area with twin beds and satellite TV. Kitchenettes include a hob and fridge, while bathrooms come with a hairdryer. Some studios offer sea views. Located directly opposite the Aquavilla studios, Hotel Aquamarin has a tour desk, currency exchange and bicycle rental service. The restaurant offers buffet meals, including themed dinners twice a week. Free public parking can be found in the surrounding streets. Andratx town and harbour are within a 10-minute drive, while Palma Airport is a 35-minute drive away.

Hotel has great location with most wonderful terrace which is right by the sea. St. Elm is a pretty, small resort and out of season would recommend it for walkers and cyclists. There are a couple of magnificent walks you can do from the hotel, ie. to Port Andratx and 'La Trappe' (info. at hotel reception) but beware, no signposts to Port Andratx. Other than that, there is a small beach right next to hotel and regular buses to Port Andratx. Like the fact that the hotel manager is very visib.
все обзоры » We spent 4 nights in this hotel from 2d of July till 6th of July 2013. We were really impressed by amazing views from our balcony. Calm sea, enticing mountains and very peaceful surrounding. Whats say more - cozy and romantic place. Its good for couple or just family rest.We also appreciated friendly and attentive staff and high quality service in the hotel. Room was cleaned. Location is perfect - just several steps to beach!. The Aquamarin is a well run clean hotel . We stayed in Aquavilla apartments on bed and breakfast basis and had breakfast in Aquamarin . The choice is wonderful and plentiful. We dined out but the dinner menu looked excellent if wanted. The local bus service is good and connects to Porto Andraitx via Sarroco and walking in the area is good .Our stay was most enjoyable. The wonderful location, the comfortable room, the delicious meal of the great variety, possibilities of rambles, travels and navigations. The staff is hospitable, the hostess is very pleasant. Compliments with champagne to the birthday - it was very agreeably! We are grateful. Most things....right from our arrival the pleasant people could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and functional and the dining arrangements were excellent. The location was perfect too. Altogether a memorable experience. We stayed seaside and the view from our room was amazing. Our room also had AC which was a big plus. The breakfast service is really good compared to the other hotels we stayed at on the island. The staff is also very accommodating. After a very negative experience with record go car rental staff at Mallorca airport , we were relieved that we were in this Hotel with its very pleasant staff including those in the kitchen.Good WiFi @ € 10,= /week . Front desk clerk was exceptionally nice and helpful, we checked in quite late and there was a small supper left for us, we also got a bottle of champagne the next day for having to move to another room, impressive!. Location, location, location. Enjoyed being served in french (a rarity on the island). Room basic, but cozy and spotless. Very wide choice for buffet breakfast, that can be had on the terrace right on the water. We went in May and it was wonderful value for money. rooms good size all with balcony. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, we were only b&b. Sant Elm is a lovely resort. Would definitely re-visit. Superb location right at great beaches, nice views from the seaside balcony (gorgeous sun sets!), clean & comfortable room. True value for money. A huge variety of lovely food. The location is perfect for the beach and for trips to Dragonara, the island just offshore. Best Spot in Mallorca. Take the Room with the seaview. Worth every Penny. Location. Friendlyness of staff. Good surrounding for walking. near the beach, food. It doesn't mention on the letsbookhotel.com site that Universal organise walks during the months of May & October. This is the main reason we returned in May. However, for an English/French speaking couple we felt a bit disappointed that the guide only spoke German. The hotel is located 45 minutes from Palma airport, but if you have a car (its possible to rent in airport) - easy to reach!. I have only rated cleaning as fair and comfort as good as this relates to our room in Aquavilla apartments but not the hotel itself. We are pretty fit older travellers but it should be known that there are 16 steps to enter the Aquavilla apartments. There is not a proper handrail and this would be a problem for some people , particularly as you have to manage your own luggage. There is nothing. Only medusas!!!. 1. No lift at Aquavilla! From reception to level 3 in hot weather is a test! 2. WiFi charge. 3. No UK TV - only CNN which is american and from Hong Kong!. I wish wi-fi was free like in the States but that's the only negative thing I have to say about this hotel. 'El technico' did not show up to fix the damaged room curtain rail. The cover curtain could not be used . So house maintenance section has to be more allert. The waiters were not very attentive, one forgot to bring our order altogether. On some days the quality/freshness of food at the buffet was not up to par. Very subjective, but felt a little too much like a cheap resort. We booked a sea view room in the Aquamarin, but when we showed up (at around 15h00), the last one available only had a very partial view (more mountain view). But we got offered a sea view efficiency in the backstreet Aquavilla, which was probably best anyway. The nature of the balustrades on the stairwell and the balconies make it unsafe for small adventurous children. That booked room was not available on arrival. Had another for first 5 days. Good room but not the sea-view we had booked. Waiters a bit miserable at breakfast most unhelpful. Lack of sound insulation in the bedroom. Sant Elm - small village with a few shops and restaurants, parking is problem.
