  This didn't feel like any other hotel, it was like you were staying in someone's home - from the decor to the breakfast to the way we were treated. The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The woman at the desk was very helpful and personable, she was always willing to help us with anything we ne... что говорят » eded. The location is very central - we were in the old town and we could walk to the Guggenheim and La Ribera Market. The day we stayed in Bilbao, th - We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired). We wish we had more time to explore Bilbao and stay in this comfortable hotel. We found it to be very quiet-there ar
