  Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed.   I enjoyed everything. The staff was very, very helpful and courteous. The hotel was wonderful - modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, perfect. I'd stay there again in a second. The double room we got was very comfortable and it looked like a little cottage in the city. The heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired).
