  The staff were all excellent in their helpfulness and attention to requests. Hotel is in a good location for old town sightseeing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources.   Very, very good staff - professional, courteous and focused on the guest. Great for the business traveller - excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. - Location is superb, directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. Also, on metro/tram lines to airport and city centre for sites and shopping.

  The staff was very friendly and you could always bother them with any questions about the city and what to visit. We could also make reservation for certain attractions such as the Ciudad de las Ciencias - The quality and price of the hotel and the service. It was easy to access the centre of Valencia.

  We like the hotel very much. It was the second time we have stayed. Itsclose to a lovely sandy beach and has an excellent outdoor and indoorpool. It is in a fairly quiet and unspolit area and the hotel provides aregular, free bus service to Valencia. The breakfast buffet wasfabulous. The hotel also has a spa (although we didn't use it,but itlooked ... что говорят » lovely). The sea view from our room was great - Excellent location right next to a fabulous beach, out of town but with a regular courtesy shuttle bus into the centre of Valencia.
