  We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. Special thanks to Thomas (one of the waiters... что говорят » ) who was very helpful and gave us lots of details about the area and what is worth seeing there. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation! Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk!   staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money

  Its situation turned out to be perfect for us - small village, lovelywalking and more sunshine than in most of island, due to height aboveclouds. I also enjoyed the swimming pool.

  The a/c was not working too well when we first arrived but the hotel staff managed to sort it out quite quickly - excellent value for money very clean and well maintained quiet during our stay close to airport
