Very surprised that this hotel was very goo -
- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation!
Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

The staff are superb any time of day or night! The sense of peace you get throughout the hotel. The facilities are excellent. All in all we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Tenerife. There seems to be a debate about the rating of the hotel on this site (4* or 5*). All in all the hotel is beautiful and providing your are not a complete fusspot you'd find it hard to fault it.

The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive.
The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.
