  Fantastic rooms and we were given a free upgrade on arrival. The staff were amazing and very accommodating both in the hotel, by the pool and in the restaurant. The restaurant was superb with a fantastic array of food on offer. We will definitely be back! - Excellent service, really friendly staff, beautiful hotel.

The small number of rooms gives a feeling of being at home. The restaurant is excellent. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the nearby village of Valldemossa is a little jewel. - The staff were very helpful and friendly. The views from the hotel were beautiful and the position of the hotel to Valldemossa was just right.

  Location, staff attempts at responding to requests : they really tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they all thought it was an additional charge fopr entry - Everything (rooms, services, restaurants, staff, spa)

  Just returned from a week (26th Oct to 1 Nov) Band B . The hotel is excellent. Near a wonderful beach. Many long walks on the beach in the evening. Weather was good for time of year but on the cooler days we made much use of the indoor pool,sauna,gym etc. Lovely grounds, friendly and polite staff.
