Amazing view! spacious apartments, and not only there is the ocean a few feet away you have a big pool as well! - central but still quiet to retreat to.

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to
find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was
for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment
itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean .

We have just returned from a week long stay in Club del Carmen. This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.

Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help.
Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys.
Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

We loved pretty much everything, we were self catering and the apartment was fabulous, modern and well equiped with a toaster, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also had great aircon, a flat screen TV and hairdryer,
The pool area was fabulous overlooking the sea. Luckily our apartment opened onto the pool area -very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Great place ! We booked a room with a sea viea and it was perfect. The pools are very nice. Very good value for money. I would certainly recommend it, especially to young parents with small children. - Food was exccellent
