The hotel is very good standard for 4 star. The buffet has excellent choice of food but can be busy especially in the evening. Great facilities for children and the animation team were very good with mini disco. Beautiful pools with paddle pool for small toddlers. Location right near the beach very handy also. -

Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Great place,budget friendly,close to everything.Good food.Tasty evening meals."Happy hour"

The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Location - in a quiet, almost residential area, just 1 minute walk (literally) to Playa Bastian Beach and 5/10 mins walk to shops, bus stop, taxi rank, supermarket, lots of restaurants and La Curachas beach. All apartments get the afternoon sun. The whole place was spotless and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments.
Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none. not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. Villa set in a nice quiet neighborhood. Outdoor pool & patio area very private. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!!

A great place to holiday -
It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.
