  Situated in excellent location for visiting northern Rioja on the edge of a small working village. Easy free parking. The room and bathroom were generously sized and were very light, clean, quiet and comfortable with stunning views from the french windows over the vineyards and mountains beyond. He has a wealth of knowledge about the sourroun - Small period building with plenty of charm situated on the edge of the village with wonderful views over the vineyards. Comfortable and clean. Owner very charming and helpful, though beware latest check-in time is 2000hrs. We were late arriving from Santander and the ferry, but the owner had waited for us. If you arrive after he has left, there is a number to ring on a notice attached to the main door. There is no restaurant, but the owner recommended a reasonable establishment in the town

  It was like a boutique hotel with some spa features. It was beautifully appointed with 5 star quality furnishings and decorating. Good size room. Quiet. Helpful staff who spoke English and Spanish helped book wine tours. Jacuzzi / spa area had beautiful ambience. Restaurant food was good.
