  Reception very affable. Site, virtually perfect for the beach and local amenities. Adequate kitchen with microwave and hotplates and a huge terrace with views only of the sea and headlands.   Very clean, attractive rooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The hotel was locked when we arrived, but the owners live across the street and arrived quickly after calling the number on the door. We received both a room key and a key to the lobby door, so access was no problem despite no staff after breakfast.   Location near the beach and near the access to the motorway. Nice garden with a small pool. Apartment was spacious for two persons. Every two days cleaning and clean towels. The inland of Gran Canaria is beautiful. Nice weather in November and the temperature of seawater great.

  Great stay, apartment was exactly as described and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, though only available 9-1 every day (but sent us an email before arrival to let us know the code for the gate and how to access our room so it was no problem that we arrived at 5pm) Very close to the beach (view from our terrace) but bridge over the motorway... что говорят » was closed, so we had to walk around on the road (only 5 or 10 min though). The pool and rooftop solarium and jacuzzi were comfortable, clean and rel - We have stayed here before (Oct 2012) so knew what we were getting. We loved it being so close to beach (2 mins across bridge), near to shopping centre but far enough away for it not to be a bit noisy. The facilities are second to none with solarium on roof with jacuzi, coffee maker, kette, toaster, microwave in kitchen. Fans supplied free of charge (ceiling fan in bedroom and plug in job for anywhere in apt). New salon type hair dryer in bathroom which can be moved from room to room. Everyth

  The San Nicolas apartments are an excellent choice. We stayed here for 9 nights in December 2013. The apartment complex is comprised of 14 apartments, 4 on the ground floor which have terraces facing the swimming pool / sunbathing area and then 5 on each of the first and second floor all with private balconies overlooking the pool area and with ... что говорят » sea views. We were allocated room No. 24 located in the middle of the first floor. The apartment was clean, well appointed and very roomy. The kitc - Exceptionally clean both in the rooms and the areas around the hotel. Beautifully kept gardens and spotless pool. Roof terrace too.

  Small complex with excellent reception staff (Manuel/Orlando). Very clean with excellent maid service (Jessica/Antonia) every day.   I Spent 7 nights at the Montemar the Staff were so friendly and helpfull I got room 27 it has a lovely pool view. The shower was great it also had a bath . It's Location is just perfect bang in the centre of everything .All on all I would give this place 10/10 it's the perfect place at the perfect Price .
