  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Fantastic value for money, two huge pools with lots of sunbathing room so you didn't feel hemed in. The grounds were kept very well and in a nice quiet location but close to all amenities. - Calm situation, nice bungalow, beautiful hotel and swimming-pools, very clean.

When we got there our host was Jose that was very polite and "cordial" all the time we needed to ask info about the place (all the staff in general was really nice) Value for money was great as well. The location was very good for us as we rent a car so I couldn't say how would it be without. It was just amazing and relaxi - Really lovely bungalows, very quiet and relaxing.   All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.
