  From the minute you enter the hotel you already feel something is different. Then, when you get to your room you understand how different it is. The lobby includes the front desk with staff that was always willing to help and give useful advice. We loved the Carrot cake! The standard room is divided into two separate ar - There are only 25 rooms in this hotel, so the service was superb. We were addressed on a first-name basis by the staff (great job Javier, Wim, and Ignacio!) We felt extremely welcome and appreciated. The location was unbeatable - 2 minutes to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Rooms were comfortable, efficient, and sleekly designed - and the extra "salon" was a bonus. We also enjoyed the 24-hour complimentary cafe and the personalized breakfast.

  The apartment was great for a group of 6 people (2 couples and 2 friends). It was situated perfectly for shopping and eating. It was easy to find and communication with the staff was excellent as well. If you not use to city life, then this may not be for you.   Excellent place. Friendly and helpful staff. Gave us all the information and help needed to explore the area. Everything that's needed for cooking was present in the apartment. Windows were facing a beautiful small street. 5 minutes by foot to the sea. 10 minutes by foot to the beach. There is some great walking in the area and plenty or other things to see; Barcelona is only around 30mins away and we also took the opportunity to visit the excellent beach of Platja de Castell, Palamós which was just over an hour awa - Beautiful restored catalan home from 1688.
