We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel for 5 nights in February 09. We stayed with our 2 children in a 'B2' Apartment - we found the rooms (sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette / separate bedroom / large bathroom) to be extremely comfortable and practical with nice decor. It was easy to get around the hotel with a buggy and it had great access and was very easy to find at the end of the esplanade with a great walk along the water front into the main town centre.

This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character. The rooms at the front have balconies looking out onto the Ramblas Cataluyna. It is within walking distance of La Rambla and very close to the metro and buses to all the other attractions.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot.It is next to The Passeig De Gracia and very close to Las Ramblas.Extremely friendly staff that helped us orginize our trip.Our room (Nr 8) was spacious,clean,comfortable and very quiet.There are many options around the hostal for eating,shopping and many more.There was hot water and very strong wifi signal all the time.It was generally very well organized with door codes and everything needed provided before we had even arrived!

The hotel is quite big and modern, There are 2 big pools, one with sea water if I'm not mistaken. Very pleasant to spend the time near the pool. simple - no problems. clean and cool (air con) - Only room was acceptable. Other things were not good even bad: smoking in the restaurant during breakfast, personal did not speak any language bicides spanish and etc.

Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room). We didn't take the breakfast and there was a nice place just out side the hotel were we could have a nice cap of coffe or a dinner. - Beautiful hotel at a good area, fantastic location near main tourist attractions

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

Close to Las Rambla, easy to get to public transportation, buffet breakfast was a good value for the 9 euro price. The attention to detail of all the staff was exceptional. Great breakfast, comfy beds, lovely showers, all you need. There was a friendly atmosphere too, not too formal, while keeping up the 5 star 'feel'. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean. It was very well equipped with all kitchen electronics and dishes we needed. The washing machine-dryer was very useful. The apartment location was excellent. We walked to most places, but it is also easy to get taxis and metro station is very close. There are a lot of small shops around for groceries -

about the apartment was better than the very correct, agreeably modest
descriptions on the net. Whoever designed the flat we stayed in had
terrific taste and picked the very best of everything, from the towels
to the porcelain china plates. The interior was sober, modern and
elegant. And we liked the staff tremendously. Nicholas, on reception,
was helpful and humorous and helped make our stay so great. The
