  We had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel for 5 nights in February 09. We stayed with our 2 children in a 'B2' Apartment - we found the rooms (sitting room with sofa bed and kitchenette / separate bedroom / large bathroom) to be extremely comfortable and practical with nice decor. It was easy to get around the hotel with a buggy and it had great access and was very easy to find at the end of the esplanade with a great walk along the water front into the main town centre.

  I initially taught because it is not in the heart of barcelona it would be hard to go around barcelona's main attractions, but I was wrong. The metro system was excellent. It was not far at all. Bar was closed due to repairs, but hey, when you have lots of bar and restuarant on - we like that it was very close to the sea.. the staff was very friendly.. the rooms were very clean with a good view of the sea and very spacious.. about a 10 minute walk to the metro.. the area was very safe.. We would stay at this Hotel again.

  I have been going back and forth to Spain and this was the friendliest hotel I have stayed at. The staff were always helpful. It is convieniently Located near Maria Christina ( green line) too.   The hotel is quite big and modern, There are 2 big pools, one with sea water if I'm not mistaken. Very pleasant to spend the time near the pool. The breakfast is very good, a lot of different stuff, you can always find something to your taste. Not far from the beach (a 10 minutes walk).   Great location, the hotel was in the center, 15-20 min walk to Rambala in a good eria. Room facilities are great (clean and big room). We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
