  Staff is really nice, always helpful and we felt welcome everywhere and every time, pool area nice, food was excellent, so was breakfast, room was great, bed good, we enjoyed our stay very much - From the beginning till the end was almost perfect. The hotel itself and the location is a big surprise.We loved it.

  We stayed in Salamanca Monday-Wednesday in late October. The hotel is well situated about 5-10 minutes walk from the rail station and a few minutes walk from the old town centre. A little noisy as it is on a main road. Hotel is all chandeliers, marble and glitter, not trendy, but very comfortable. The decor was beautiful and so different from the usual bland style of many hotels I've stayed in. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very impressive with a wide choice of fruit, cheese, meats, pastries etc. The hotel staff were also very pleasant and efficient.

We had a superior double room. So comfortable, so relaxing. Bath had a Jazzuzi so relaxing. Breakfast was also great. We learned to make our own cafe using the hotel breakfast Nepresso machine each morning without having to hassle the staff. Massage was also very relaxing.

Close to the center where it was an easy walk, but yet away from noise if there were late night festivities.
