The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

It was truly one of the best resorts that I stayed in with my dad.
Location, suites, staff, housekeeping, breakfast are all more than

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed
at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we
received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of
this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and
on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. The
cleaning staff came everyday at a time we requested and the pool was

Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. We loved this hotel and will definately be returning for our Wedding anniversary again next October. We may even return there in January as we always like to get a week in the sun then. The amount of rooms allows there to be a great ambiance at this hotel, it has a very relaxed almost zen like quality with the courtyard and pool area being the icing on the cake, it's real affordable luxury if you want to tune and drop out.... I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -
