Friendly and very helpful staff. Fabulous for children as there is plenty of entertainment and the kids club is brillant. Each block has it's own swimming pool so you can sit and relax in your patio area and be watching them. The cleaniness was second to none. Everything. It was not that far as many people say. We always walked to the beach, never took a shuttle. It is windy indeed, but it is on the whole island. And wind is a good advantage (we were at summer tome), because you don't feel the heat. Food was great. We had a full board. We are vegetarians and still we ate a lot. The beaches (10-15 minutes by bus) are the most beautiful on the whole island. We rented a car for 2 days, it was enough to explore the island. Had great time.

the apartment we had was very spacious and comfortable, room layout felt amazing and quality of facilities on a very high level, including toaster and orange squeezer, nice new kettle. the hotel itself is extremely huge and it has thousands of small pools if you need some privacy and few large ones with entertainment for kids and adults.

We loved being able to see the mountains from the balcony, and the lovely layout of the resort. It was great for us as a family as there was plenty to see and do. The food was varied and to a high standard and we would love to come back and stay here again. The pool bartender (i think it was Josef) was very friendly and always made us welcome.
