not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. The apartement was excellent, new, it was a great value for money. In the restaurant the drinks (also alcoholic) are free of charge at the dinner. Bus stop is close, which makes easy access to the beach (dunes of Corralejo)

The location - in a quite area, close to the ocean, the view from the balcony, the fact that most other guests were elderly and thus quiet and well behaved. -

Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

I stopped staying at gay properties 15 years ago having found they were often overpriced and poorly run, so i was a liitle unsure booking this property initially. However I loved being there so much I more than doubled my stay. The property is secure, comfortable, nicely appointed, quiet, well run and was a pleasure to stay in. The bungalows were ideal for us very spacious. The complex is very well situated with a lot of activities to suit all ages(these extra activities can be booked off the complex). Wifi is available in most areas you struggle to a signal on the edge of the complex which is no big deal. I would strongly recommend going here I booked everything myself
