All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet.

Our apartment was fabulous and had everything we needed for a wonderful luxurious holiday. The pool on our terrace was great we really enjoyed it. The apartment was kept spotlessley clean. An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. The choice was vast and we really liked the chefs who would prepare your meals and breakfast to order. Tried the spa as we had been given a free pass but disapointed that it did not include the

This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments.
Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation!
Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!
