  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street.   The property, which boasts a 4-star rating, is located on the hillside of Costa Calma, separated from the main town centre by the fv-2, the main road running from south to north on Fuerteventura. It was a bit of a hassle to find, as it is not correctly pinned on Google Maps, and it does not appear to have a specific # on the “Calle Punta Pesebre” ... что говорят » where it is located. We always walked to the beach, never took a shuttle. It is windy indeed, but it is on the whole island. And wind is a good advantage (we were at summer tome), because you don't feel the heat. Food was great. We had a full board. We are vegetarians and still we ate a lot. The beaches (10-15 minutes by bus) are the most beautiful on the whole island. We rented a car for 2 days, it was enough to explore the island. Had great time.

  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.
