Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.
Excellent breakfasts (both quality of food and selection) -including fresh juices
The hotel is very clean. Clearly they have an excellent rota to clean not only the main things that people can see

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

There were lots of rich looking people strutting about the place which is not something we're used to but it was fun staying there. - We liked the welcome. Beautiful facilities and a very attractive property right next to the ocean. It was great to rest by day and night to the roar of the ocean waves.

The location is simply wonderful. Overlooking the mountains in one direction and the golf course and sea in the other. Sat by the pool is a bliss. Luxury in every department. -

Wonderful design hotel. Very quite, good for couples. You absolutely need a car. The hotel is in the middle of "nothing". - The room is very nice with a very comfortable bed, bathroom and balcony. There is a big photo wall including light of a view of Fuerteventure which gives the room something special and local. I paid at the hotel only Eur 6.00

Loved everything about the Apartments . Staff were so friendly and helpful . Loved the surrounds flowers and all the plants and shrubs and the place is kept spotless . My husband had great fun playing water-polo and we're sure to be back next year but next time it will be for a fortnight . -
