  This is a stunning hotel in a stunning setting. Surrounded by mountains on three sides with far reaching views across the countryside. The food is always first class and sometimes exceptional; they produced imaginative alternatives for a non meat eater. The service is friendly, responsive and relaxed. Rooms are really lovely. The only comment I would make is that the location wouldn't be suited to those less able to walk due the rustic nature of paths. Fantastic food.   Just got back and everything about this place is as good as earlier reviews say it is. I was tempted not to add comments so I could keep this gem to myself. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre.   This is a very well equipped small hotel on a farm with the vineyard and cattle. Comfortable rooms with all you need, the breakfast was very good and the pool was great. Nearest cities of Pollenca and Alcuadia offer great opportunities for eating ou(Numero Ocho in first and La Terraza or Stay in the latter).   We only stayed for one night as we were traveling around Ibiza and this was the perfect end to our holiday! The view from the room was out- of-this-world- Amazing!!! The staff was very happy and helpful. On the last day we was able to leave our bags in the luggage room while we viewed more of the beautiful island! - Everything was great. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so efficient. The entertainment at night for kids and adults was great. We're going back again!
