Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly
at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel
secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely

The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus. The receptionist when we checked in was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the bathroom was good for the money. The location was excellent, a five minute walk from the city centre. Also, the 24 hour reception was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.
