The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details. Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right. service and accommodations located among the twisting calles of Sevilla.
Taxi to most locations for 5 to 8 Euro, or walk among the beautiful

We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym. This was one of the best and most comfortable European holidays we have taken. -

The rooms were wonderful, the beach was beautiful, and we found a zipline park just a few miles away. It was a fantastic few days away for our family.

We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. The rooms are decored beautifully and the material used is luxury
quality. The staff is so polite and serviceminded. The hotel placed by
the sea with fantastic seaview. An elevatorride away from the beach and
seashore where you can walk for miles. And a long this walk you pass
many restaurants and bars. I really recommend Mamma Gina. They have
fantastic italian food. And the habor in Benalmadena is definitely worth

I don't usually bother writing reviews but I feel compelled to say a
few lines about El Ocean. What a great place. You can't fault it for
anything, great service, amazing pool, killer views and excellent food
in the restaurant. It was the perfect finish to our holiday in Europe
prior to our return to New Zealand. Thumbs up to John and the team.

The hotel was shut. We had no advance notice. We arrived and it was closed, no staff present all locked up. I was not able to read the spanish note on the gate. Excellent bar and location on the slopes, very clean and attractive hotel. - access to the ski slopes and rental shop. the staff was helpful. it was nice that the day we checked out, they held our bags while we skied and then let us shower in the spa area before heading home. our room was large and very clean.
