Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Great place,budget friendly,close to everything.Good food.Tasty evening meals."Happy hour"

The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Well decorated rooms and public areas.Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Food was varied and hot. Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. The hotel was great. We went all inclusive and the food was lovely. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the party strip or 4 euro in a taxi which was great if you want to relax away from the noise etc. the hotel was clean and of a great standard for the money you pay. -

Nice staff at reception, fluently speaks english, german. Very close to supermarket and see. Not so close to loudly part of Puerto del Carmen, so it is perfect place for families with small children and elderly people.Perfect cleanliness in room. Good cleaning staff.

We liked the grounds of the hotel and the way they were laid out. Lots
of little areas in which to relax on sunloungers etc. Particularly liked
the little cove when it wasnt breezy. Hotel was a bit dated but very
clean and staff were pleasant in the main - one person in particular

The hotel is great value for money. The apartments are larger than others I have stayed in the same area. We had an amazing view of the sea from our room, which was spotless. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.
Bar staff were great, Marcelo & Jaen were very welcoming and were great entertainment.
Domingo runs the restaurant, he is a fine chef and I would recommend you try the restaurant during your stay.
Poolside is covered by a super nice guy Cecilio. More than a lifeguard, he would entertain and teach the kids card tricks and give the adults fitness tuition. Always one to hold an interesting conversation with.
