  All the staff where extra nice and helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable. The hotel was in nice location, just a few minutes walk to both the ocean and yumbo center.   This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  full kitchen, lovely balcony to good swimming pool, very clean, staff was friendly. great location 7min walk to the beach, very central close to everything and Yumbo is 5min away. - Cheap and cheerful. Very close to the yumbo and Monika was lovely. My flight wasn't til late and she let me keep my room all day.

  Location (bus routes, reasonable shopping mall, beach all within short walk. Quietness. Small, only 48 apartments. Clean, very friendly cleaning staff. Almost whole day sunshine at the pool. Kitchen corner working and rather well equipped. - The whole complex was spotlessly clean.   I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. This place is a little bit of a gem, the rooms are quite dated with decor from the 70's but it works.... The snacks here were great and a fan - The staff was excellent! Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

  The hotel is great, it is basically across the road to the Yumbo Shopping and Entertainment Centre (less than a 2 minute walk) and about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach restaurants (Annex 1).
