The reception staff is great and welcoming, however no bell boy, no welcome drink, unlike many other 4 star hotels. Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of
cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old
Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access
to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa
is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely

We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe. The classes on offer were great and we really enjoyed the gym. This was one of the best and most comfortable European holidays we have taken. -

Group of six females stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration. Had read some of the recent reviews and a little unsure prior to arriving but when we did couldn't fault it. Our room was very modern and comtemporary, and was cleaned to a high standard. The pool area was fantastic, with a free kids club which was great for our daughter, and gave us some quality 'us' time, which was most welcome. The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.

We loved everything about the Jardines De La Reina--Kirsten and Diego have created a magical place!
