We liked the room set up and the customer service, which was excellent.We really appreciated the Kids Club, which offered our daughterfantastic interactive entertainment and games, while we used thewonderful Spa facility. Overall a great hotel. - I liked the peace and tranquility, the spa installations and treatment, and the comfortable bed.

I took the hotel room to be able to fulfil a deadline for a grant application. This needed much writing and internet connection. The hotel was perfect for this, the room was quiet and comfortable. Very professional set-up - quality accommodation with high standards of
cleanliness and service. A little walk walk to the City Centre/Old
Town however we found the position excellent as it has excellent access
to both Marbella and Puerto Banus. Excellent taxi and bus links. The Spa
is terrific and the very large indoor pool is absolutely great...lovely
and warm to! Recommend 7th floor views if you can get them. Perhaps

The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
