  We thought the facilities were excellent, especially for children of varied ages. Also, the apartments were very large and all the American amenities were provided which is so rare in Europe.   Group of six females stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration. Had read some of the recent reviews and a little unsure prior to arriving but when we did couldn't fault it. Extremely high standards of cleanliness, rooms and pool area excellent and breakfast fantastic.   The hotel has a very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble (a special thank-you to Franklin). Located just out of town on a hillside. Authentic Mediterranean experience, with the sound of cicadas (I also saw a few geckos clinging to the walls in the evening). I timed the - downhill - walk from the hotel to the beach at 45 minutes, but I'm a slow walker. By car it's obviously much quicker, - The hotel is lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The verandah to the lovely lounge/bar compliments the ambiance. The rooms are lovely with private garden/patios. A joy to stay there, and would love to return when the other facilities have been completed.
