  The staff were so friendly, particularly Anna. We didn't realise it was more of a backpackers' hostel than a hotel, but as it was only two nights, it didn't matter. Anna was very helpful and the hostel's location could not be bettered. - good room, friendly staff, localization.

The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!

  This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. The hotel is modern with free wifi and the room very comfortable with a generously sized shower. Staff were pol... что говорят » ite and helpful. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madri - The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

  Very good information about the apartement and good service of the staff. Staff on site does not speak english but reception that was called on the phone does speak english. Very quiet studio in the back courtyard. Shopping groveries, banking etc. directly in front the studio. Free service to leave baggage with reception at Plaza Mayor was offered... что говорят » , however we did not use it because at Atocha train station you can leave luggage for a small charge, it is more close. - Good location, 2 main to metro, 5 main to Atocha and 15 main to Prado.
